STAMP triage view tailored to multiple gmails

The honest version

Three problems specific to multiple gmails.

  • Three Chrome profiles is not a strategy.

Profile switching is a workaround, not a solution. STAMP replaces it with one keystroke that flips views, no browser involved.

  • Send-as aliases are fragile in Gmail web.

Picking the right send-as is manual and error-prone. STAMP detects the originating thread and routes the reply correctly.

  • Per-account pricing is a tax on having two domains.

Most clients charge per account. STAMP charges per person. Connect three Gmails or thirty — same price.

How STAMP solves it

Three features. Mapped to your day.

STAMP didn't ship 47 features. The six it did ship cover this whole problem, from triage to send.

Unified

All your Gmails. One queue. One search.

Connect personal Gmail, a Workspace domain, a side-project Workspace. STAMP shows you the seven threads that matter across all of them.

Aliases

Reply from the right Gmail. Always.

STAMP detects the originating account and selects the matching send-as alias automatically. Personal threads stay personal. Work threads stay work.

Labels

Gmail labels round-trip correctly.

A label applied in STAMP shows up in Gmail web. A nested label structure stays nested. Multiple-label-per-thread works the way Google designed it.

The 'three Chrome profiles' problem

If you have multiple Gmail accounts you've probably tried the Chrome profile workaround. One profile per account, each with its own Gmail tab, signed into the right Google identity. It works, in the same way that running three separate phones works.

The cost is constant context switching. The hot-swap between profiles takes seconds and breaks your concentration. Searching across all three Gmails requires three separate searches. Replying from the wrong account is one wrong-tab away.

STAMP replaces the multi-profile workaround with a single window. Every Gmail account authenticates via OAuth. Every account is exposed as a first-class queue. The unified view is the headline. The per-account view is one keystroke away. The reply alias is always correct without you thinking about it.

How the typical 'multiple Gmails' user lives in STAMP

Three Gmails: personal, founder@startup, side-project@otherthing. Connect all three in a minute each. STAMP starts triaging immediately.

Morning: STAMP headline reads 'Five need attention. Two from startup, two personal, one from side-project.' You handle them in order of priority — startup first because that's where the customer thread is. Replies leave from the right domain.

Mid-morning: a personal thread surfaces — your accountant. You reply from your personal Gmail. STAMP picks the alias automatically.

Lunch: ⌘+K, type 'side', filter to side-project Gmail, triage three customer questions. Switch back to unified with escape.

End of day: inbox zero across all three accounts. No browser profiles harmed.

Things that quietly stop happening

You stop sending personal-life replies from your work Gmail. The originating thread drives the alias. The kid's school emails go back from your personal address.

You stop the 'wait, why is this in personal Gmail' shuffle. Threads land in their account. The unified view shows them all without merging them at the data layer.

You stop counting accounts. STAMP doesn't charge per account. Connect five, ten, twenty Gmails. The price doesn't change.

You stop searching three times. Unified search hits every connected Gmail in parallel and returns one ranked list. Filter to one if you need to. Hit escape to go back.

I had three Chrome profiles open at once for a year. STAMP replaced all of them with one window.

FAQ

Three questions you'd ask first.

Is there a cap on how many Gmail accounts I can connect?+

No. Connect as many as you want. Pricing does not scale per account. We've seen users with eight Gmails running through STAMP without issues.

What about Google Workspace with company-restricted apps?+

STAMP authenticates via OAuth. If your Workspace admin requires explicit app whitelisting, you'll need them to approve STAMP for the org. Personal Gmails authenticate freely.

Will my Gmail filters and rules still work?+

Yes. STAMP respects existing Gmail filters at the server level. STAMP's own triage runs on top of whatever Gmail decided. You can keep both.
