Version 0.4.0 is the release where STAMP grew from reading your mail well to running it well. Four things shipped, and each one closes a loop that used to end outside the app.
Send later
You clear your inbox at 11 p.m. Your reply should not land at 11 p.m.
Write the message, pick a time, hit send. STAMP holds it and delivers it when you said, whether that is tomorrow at 8 or Monday morning. You get the empty inbox tonight; your recipient gets a reply during working hours; nobody learns your worst habits.
Search that reads attachments
The one search field now looks inside attachments too. The contract someone sent you in March, the invoice with the number you half remember: type what you know and STAMP finds it, across every connected account, without you remembering which inbox it lives in.
That is the payoff of keeping a local index. The search never leaves your Mac, and it is fast because the data is already there.
Folders and tags
Some people archive everything and search. Some people file. STAMP now serves both: folders and tags work across accounts, so "Clients" can hold threads from Gmail and your IMAP host in the same place.
A settings surface and a proper installer
Settings moved into one place instead of scattered toggles. And STAMP now ships as a branded DMG, signed and notarised, so installing it looks and feels like installing a real Mac app. Because it is one.
The full release notes live in the changelog. Next up: more providers. Considerably more.
